Before finalizing your project, we guide you through key design and material decisions to ensure everything is aligned. This includes layout confirmation, fixture and finish selections, and coordination across all aspects of the project. Making these decisions early helps create a smoother, more efficient build process. 

Step 3 – Final Pricing 

Once planning is complete, pricing is finalized, scope is clearly defined, and expectations are aligned. This reduces surprises and change orders during construction because the project is no longer being figured out on the fly. 

Step 4 – Construction 

With a clear plan in place, work is executed more efficiently. Communication remains consistent, quality is maintained throughout the project, and trades are working from the same information instead of reacting to shifting decisions. 

Step 5 – Completion 

At the end of the project, we complete a final walkthrough, finish remaining punch list items, and hand off a clean, finished space.
